Our Remodeling Process

A Remodel Can Come in Many Shapes and Sizes!

Whether you're looking to update a room or completely transform your entire home, we're here to help. Our of experts will work with you every step of the way to ensure your remodel is a success.

Step 1

We will schedule a time for a member of our team to come out to meet you and talk through your project. During the visit, we will take the time to discuss your motivations for the project, budget, and end goals for your home and family. Most of the time we can provide the customer with a "ballpark" cost on site.

If the customer is comfortable with the "ballpark" cost then our team gets to work on a detailed estimated. We use our estiamtes as a way to clearly layout and walk through the steps of the project. Our team does our best to provide a complete estimate within two weeks. If the customer accepts the estimate, we then send over our general contract, which is designed to provide a clear understanding of our working relationship. This process helps to ensure that our customers feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Demo

Smaller projects do not involve a complete demo; however, some of our larger project require that we remove everything down to the studs.

Step 3

The Build Back

Our team handles all aspects of the build back. From opening up walls to finishing the sheetrock. We also organize and schedule any necessary subcontractors.

Step 4

Customer's Vision Coming Together

This part of the project is where a customer really starts to see progress! The customers vision starts to become a reality with cabinetry and counter top installs.
